At Paragon Homes we take pride in creating homes which break away from the standard design ethos of much of the new build housing. We provide homes that have a contemporary feel, yet we feel we do this in a subtle way and in keeping with the surroundings.

We believe in creating homes of character, where quality fixtures and fittings come as standard, and not as part of an 'options' package. This said, we will happily discuss any uplift in specification that a potential homeowner may desire in order for us to build them their ideal home.

We take great pride in our finished homes. We plan and design each home carefully to ensure that they provide the greatest levels of comfort and amenity to their occupants. This is achieved whilst being highly energy efficient and easy to maintain as well. This pride also follows through to the construction process, where our tradesman install modern, high specification materials to the highest standards under the supervision of our senior management team.  

 

At Paragon Homes we refuse to adopt a 'that'll do' approach which has become so prevalent in the modern new build housing market. You will not find tiny architraves and skirtings, or budget quality bathrooms and kitchens in any of our homes.  Each home is scrutinised and thoroughly inspected before handover. We aim to achieve a 'snag free' home for our customers to move into.
